TJW Command Center (The Joel Wall). Last updated October 16, 2026.
The Command Center is the internal operations app The Joel Wall (TJW) uses to run client work. Only TJW staff sign in to it; TJW clients can sign in to their own client portal. This page says what it stores, why, and who else handles it.
What we store
- Staff and client portal accounts: name, email, a hashed password (never the password itself), and a sign-in log with the time, IP address and browser.
- Page activity: which pages a signed-in person opened and when, used to see how the app is used.
- Clients and prospects: business and contact details (names, emails, phone numbers), notes, onboarding answers, files a client shares, deal and quote details, and booking requests made through our public booking, kickoff and fit forms.
- Calls: transcripts and summaries of client and sales calls, and short voice notes recorded in the app. Call recordings themselves are kept by Fathom; this app reads their transcripts and summaries from TJW's recording archive.
- Messages: Facebook and Instagram direct messages to TJW's pages, text messages sent and received through TJW's phone numbers, and text opt-outs.
- Work: tickets, comments, attachments and the record of who did what.
- Payments: payment records from Whop and Stripe (name, email, product, amount, status). We do not store card numbers.
- Marketing numbers: ad spend and website traffic totals.
- Technical logs: job runs, errors, server load readings and browser crash reports.
Why
To deliver and manage client work, book and run calls, answer messages, track payments and keep the app working and secure.
Who else handles it
The app sends data to these services only to do the job each one does for us:
- Fathom: records calls and holds the recordings.
- ElevenLabs: turns voice notes into text.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI that drafts summaries, sorts tickets and answers staff questions from our data.
- Twilio: sends and receives text messages.
- Zernio: connects TJW's Facebook and Instagram messages and posts.
- Google: calendars for bookings, Gmail for staff notices, and Analytics and Search Console for website numbers.
- Whop and Stripe: take payments.
We do not sell personal data. The app runs on a server TJW manages.
How long we keep it
See Data retention.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete data about you, email joel@thejoelwall.com. To stop texts, reply STOP. We keep payment records and opt-outs even after a deletion request, because the law and honoring the opt-out require it.
